So it’s a holiday Monday today (not that that means much for my workload), but I thought I’d take a few minutes away from my desk this afternoon to snap some pictures and enjoy the sun.
Here are two of my favourites:
Mr. Moe, my cat, was totally excited to have a chance to get outside and run around without being chased by the dog (who is getting very big – puppies grow so fast!).
So I was really starting to believe that summer just wasn’t going to happen this year, considering it snowed/hailed less than a week ago, and temperatures have barely reached above 10C during the day. Though today it finally seems that there is a hope for summer … the sun was out and it was actually warm (hooray for 17C).

There’s really only one good things about snow (and winter in general) … and its taking fun horse photos while it is snowing. Plus the adventure of getting to the back paddocks in winter to take the photos (knee deep snow is not the easiest to traverse with a DLSR in hand)
Was attending a symposium last week, and of course I took my camera. Couldn’t resist snapping this photo – the view was great!
Some photos from a brief adventure out in the great outdoors. Got some great flower pictures, I’m also particularly fond of the two random wooden chairs I found sitting under a tree.

Managed to get out for my first real hike of the season today. Got some great photos too! A little time in the great outdoors is sometimes all you need to feel refreshed mentally, physically, and creatively.
I’m seriously loving this sudden burst of nice weather. Took another mini-hike this morning, and snapped some photos of birds (and other things)
